Job Description Job Requirements Qualifications Strong leadership experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment Solid technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Experience working with CNC equipment, manufacturing systems, or production machinery preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex situations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Requirements Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices Basic math skills, including trigonometry Experience in data collection, reporting, and maintenance analysis Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across functions Education & Experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field required Technical or skilled trades training preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with leadership or supervisory experience required Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments preferred Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting with hands-on leadership responsibilities High level of interaction with maintenance teams, production staff, and leadership Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and processes
