WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll take charge of the day‑to‑day maintenance operations—from service requests to apartment turns, curb appeal, and general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances). You’ll oversee preventative maintenance, guide your team, and ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and proud of where they live.

This role works Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call and weekend responsibilities.

WHAT YOU BRING

Requirements

• At least 2 years in apartment maintenance + 2 years in a supervisory role
• HVAC certification (required)
• A valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices

Nice To Haves

• CPO certification (preferred)
