The Maintenance Supervisor must posses the ability to perform a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance/repair and modification of equipment, HVAC units, building’s utility systems, and grounds; construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills; follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment, as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files. Requirements

  • A high school graduate/GED.
  • A valid California driver’s license.
  • Three to five years' experience in the operation and maintenance of physical plant in a health care setting or a major industrial complex.
  • Proficient in at least two building trades, with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities
