Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience of leading a team.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-focused, strategic thinker with proven problem-solving abilities.
• 5–7 years of heavy industry experience; wood products and team leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, safety regulations, and project management.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education or trade certification (Millwright/Electrician) is an asset; skilled in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Champion and enforce safety standards for the maintenance team.
• Lead and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance personnel.
• Oversee maintenance planning, inventory, and CMMS utilization.
• Drive projects and initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
