Who we need: We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our well‑maintained 74‑unit residential community. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. This is an on-site opportunity, requiring the employee to work 5 days per week in our Hanover, MA location.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands‑on property maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.
  • Experience completing and managing capital projects.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and lead by example.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA/HVAC certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues across the property’s 28 one‑bedrooms and 46 two‑bedrooms.
  • Lead and coordinate preventative maintenance programs.
  • Manage and schedule maintenance staff and external vendors.
  • Oversee and participate in capital projects and property improvements.
  • Ensure the property’s grounds, building systems, and common areas are kept in excellent condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, supplies, and equipment.
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in the required on‑call for after‑hours/weekend maintenance emergencies.
