About The Position

You'll be responsible for ensuring the facility stays clean, neat, and in great condition. Daily and periodic responsibilities include: Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms; replenish supplies Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe surfaces throughout the building Empty trash and process recyclables Perform floor care, including stripping, sealing, and waxing as needed Maintain exterior areas (walkways, parking lot, lawn debris, assist with snow removal when necessary) Change light bulbs and minor maintenance tasks (unclog toilets, paint touch-ups, manage bottle returns, HVAC duct cleaning) Sort product when maintenance tasks are limited What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Custodial and general maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, dependability, and pride in your work Why You'll Love Working at JK Findings Since 1975, JK Findings has been a trusted leader in the jewelry industry - manufacturing high-quality precious metal components and innovative anti-tarnish products used by brands around the world. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and pride in your work
