About The Position

Under general supervision, independently render general maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair duties similar to the Mechanic at a more proficient skill level; identify, prioritize and assess maintenance problems and initiate appropriate action; review completed work and conduct inspections of machinery areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Three years experience performing one or more of the maintenance trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Machinery repair), or equivalent, is required.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following trades, electrical, plumbing, machinery repair, HVAC or Electronics, performing at or near the tradesman level is required.
