About The Position

As a member of our maintenance team, you’ll use your mechanical and electrical expertise to keep our conveyor systems and operations running efficiently. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and support the reliability of critical systems across our office and warehouse. Areas of focus include: Conveyor systems Belts PLCs Pneumatic and hydraulic systems HVAC General building upkeep The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical experience within an industrial or warehouse setting, a strong commitment to safety, and an aptitude for learning automation. If you’re a dependable, adaptable problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you. Familiarity with conveyor or material-handling systems is a requirement. Millwright or fabrication experience is a plus. A bachelor's or technical degree is preferred for this role.

• Total cash compensation generally ranges from $95,500 - $137,500, which includes profit sharing based on company profitability.
• Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
