What the job is: CPI is looking for someone who can provide a safe culture to customers and peers through providing exceptional and courteous customer service, follow safety guidelines and established programs and complete safety reports as well as required records. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. This person will Champion the development and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Dekra) to optimize maintenance program effectiveness as well as coach and develop personnel in understanding equipment job plans, inspections, proper maintenance and the use of the maintenance system. The Maintenance Reliability Coordinator will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimize breakdowns. In addition, this person will establish standardized maintenance/reliability processes and metrics to drive plant efficiency, perform follow-up analysis to identify and resolve recurring operational issues, facilitate training sessions and identify skill development needs for plant personnel and contractors and conduct failure analysis on critical assets and equipment to eliminate the root cause of failure and develop improvements to prevent future occurrences.
