About The Position

A Mid‑Level Recruiter-- plays a crucial role in full‑cycle talent acquisition—sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs.

Requirements

3–5 years of recruiting experience (internal or agency).
Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and networking skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing technologies.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Strategy
Source candidates using job boards, social media, ATS, networking, and referrals.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with hiring needs.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens.
Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and/or skills testing.
Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
Relationship Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Maintain strong communication with candidates and provide consistent updates throughout the process.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
Track recruitment metrics to optimize processes and reduce time‑to‑hire.
Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and equal opportunity standards.
Offers & Closing
Facilitate salary discussions, negotiate offers, and coordinate hiring paperwork.
Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
