About The Position

The Maintenance Planner works closely with plant engineers, maintenance, operations and contractors. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager located in McArthur, Ohio. Responsibilities and Duties Plan, schedule, and coordinate PM activities. Provide maintenance support for production and engineering activities. Assure compliance and proper safety, quality, and environmental requirements in work. Manage all aspects of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs. Procuring necessary maintenance supplies and equipment. Work with vendors and contractors as needed. Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes. Education and Experience College or technical degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years previous maintenance experience required. 3+ years MRO (maintenance, repair, and operating materials) inventory management experience. Background in maintenance and repair of equipment. Experience working and managing in a PSM site. Experience in explosive manufacture preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Six Sigma training a plus. Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Experience in stores MRO management and inventory control. Strong project management skills. Work Environment This position requires minimal travel. 80% of time will be spent in all areas of the plant, both indoors and outdoors, in all-weather elements. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years previous maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years MRO (maintenance, repair, and operating materials) inventory management experience.
• Background in maintenance and repair of equipment.

Nice To Haves
