About The Position

As our new Planner, Maintenance, you will build and publish weekly maintenance schedules in Maximo, ensuring technicians spend 95%+ of their time on wrench-turning. Your work will improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Requirements

• Five (5) to seven (7) years maintenance experience
• Three (3) or more years planning/scheduling.
• Maximo expertise and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic/PLC basics.

Responsibilities

• Building and publishing weekly schedules in Maximo.
• Coordinate parts kitting for 95% first-time fix.
• Analyzing backlog and downtime data to optimize planning.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to prioritize work orders.
• Updating PMs and closing work orders in Maximo.
• Running downtime reports and Pareto charts.
• Achieve 95%+ wrench time for technicians.
• Reduce downtime through proactive planning and scheduling.
