Requirements

Prior experience in administrative capacity.
Excellent communication skills and ability to professionally interact with internal and external personnel.
Strong understanding of maintenance and office processes.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain an inventory of parts that are used in production machinery and building maintenance.
Create requisitions, secure approval, and process purchasing of parts needed for inventory as they are used and for special projects.
Physically receive and put away parts into the maintenance inventory as they are delivered to the Maintenance Department.
Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliveries of parts ordered.
Monitor the inventory by taking physical counts of the parts to ensure the accuracy of the stock levels.
Generates paperwork and coordinates equipment repairs sent to vendors for service and repairs, i.e.,grader blades, pulverize disks, saw blades, motors, pumps, etc.
