The location in Rothschild, (Wisconsin, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Maintenance Planner- Pulp Mill. This job is full-time permanent. Reports to the Department Supervisor. Provides detailed maintenance planning and support of maintenance processes, department, and mill goals. This position backfills for Supervisor(s) when absent. Work is performed onsite and not eligible for remote work.

Requirements

  • 3 -5 years of Maintenance relevant maintenance experience or B.S. in engineering or associate degree in a maintenance related field.
  • General understanding of maintenance in an industrial setting.
  • Working knowledge of planning and scheduling using a maintenance planning tools including as SAP or other.
  • Working knowledge of prints and drawings needed to create work plans.
  • Attention to detail within processes including safety expectations, work planning and systems documentation.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with outside resources (i.e., vendors, contractors, sales, etc.) and across functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan maintenance work while meeting the Safety, Environmental, Quality, Production and Cost goals of the department and mill.
  • Plan for the safe and efficient execution of work orders by including safety requirements in the job plan, accurate estimating of labor, materials and duration of jobs as well as procuring required resources, equipment, and materials.
  • Process owner for shutdown plans to maintain/improve production reliability and safety.
  • Process owner for accuracy of records in maintenance data systems.
  • Responsible for maintenance parts and materials availability.
  • Manage projects and contractors as needed.
  • Back fill during Maintenance Supervisor absences.
  • Assigned rotating, weekend On-Call duties.
