About The Position
Agilent is hiring a Maintenance Planner Administrator to support equipment maintenance planning within our regulated manufacturing facility in Boulder, Colorado. This onsite role plays a critical part in ensuring maintenance activities are well-coordinated, compliant, and completed on schedule to support reliable manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Secondary Education
- Four years of relevant experience
- Experience in a cGMP regulated environment
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience with RAM concept (Blue Mountain)
- Purchasing order experience
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and administer maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment
- Support preventative, corrective, and scheduled maintenance programs
- Maintain work orders, schedules, and maintenance records using computerized systems
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment
- Assist with purchase order processing and maintenance-related administration
- Ensure adherence to cGMP requirements and internal quality standards
