The Maintenance Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of parts inventory and procurement to support maintenance operations across the organization. This role forecasts parts requirements and manages ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels at distribution centers. It ensures inventory accuracy and availability through effective monitoring and database management, including computerized systems. The manager leads the operation of vertical lift modules to streamline parts storage and retrieval, while also managing procurement contracts and pallet drop planning to secure cost-effective sourcing. Collaboration with other Store Support Center work streams is essential to anticipate future parts needs for upcoming equipment. The role also includes supply chain oversight to ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians, as well as managing auto-replenishment programs for technician vehicle inventories.
