About The Position
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the performance and maintenance of large production machinery to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to keep equipment running at optimal performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance required
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee performance and maintenance of large production machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and routine servicing
- Oil and lubricate moving parts to ensure proper machine function
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues quickly and efficiently
- Identify, record, and report damaged, worn, or broken parts
- Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and rapid response
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of work performed
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and in compliance with company standards
