Requirements

  • High School Diploma Education or Equivalent Required
  • 2 years in Industrial Maintenance Required
  • 2 years electrical knowledge in industrial setting Required
  • Strong electrical skills
  • Good organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to interface well with supervisor and peers
  • Team player
  • Safety conscious
  • Possess skills in the following areas: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, machine repair

  • Trade School Certificate Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment work in cooperation with departmental coordinator contact proper service technicians when necessary fill out purchase requisitions
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building and grounds work in cooperation with departmental coordinator contact contractors when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance and repairs use computer software
  • Perform all work deemed necessary to complete work orders work flexible hours when needed be a team player communicate with departmental coordinators, fellow employees
  • Some lifting and moving of equipment required
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
