Maintenance Mechanic, Full Time, Day Shift - Landscaping Experience preferred

Summary: Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities to ensure safe and efficient operation of Facilities. Ensure the needs of customers are met and adheres to the Culture of WE.
Requirements
- 3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent education preferred.
- Required Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Landscaping Experience preferred
- Healthcare environment experience preferred.
- Vocational training preferred.
- Universal CFC license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responds to unscheduled, routine and emergency maintenance calls.
- Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment. May include but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Mechanical systems as required. Assist outside vendors who are performing PM’s during your work shift.
- Works on construction and installation projects as required as well as any other duties as assigned.
- Performs daily rounding within the Facility for safety and compliance purposes.
- Responds to emergency calls and works on-call schedules as needed (either during or outside of regular working hours). This includes but is not limited to snow removal, utility failures, disaster response, etc.
- Complete documentation (work orders, log books, round log sheets) to reflect work performed.
