High Associates is searching for Grounds Maintenance Associates to join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds. Starting Rate: $18.00/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience. Standard schedule is 6:30am -3:00pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekends may be required.

Requirements

• Valid PA driver's license is required!
• High School Diploma or GED, required
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

• Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operating and maintaining equipment.
• Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
• Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required. This will include Saturday & Sundays when it snows on those days.
• Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.
• Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.
