Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production equipment throughout the facility. · Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment. · Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions. · Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted. · Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority. · Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to the supervising manager. · Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary documentation for the same. · Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment. · Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. · Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. · Other duties as assigned.
