As a Senior Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our manufacturing facility operates at peak performance while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement. Schedule: Tues – Fri - 5:00am to 3:30pm (Mondays Off) Flexibility for overtime, weekends, or call-ins as needed Hourly: $25 - $35 / per hour Responsibilities: Perform mechanical troubleshooting and ensure equipment is mechanically sound. Handle electrical troubleshooting and apply general electrical knowledge. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. Apply facilities maintenance knowledge to keep the plant running efficiently. Share expertise and spread knowledge to the team through mentoring and collaboration. Maintain a Safety-First mindset in all tasks and promote a culture of safety. Adapt to changing workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with production and vendors for specialized repairs. Use sound knowledge of pneumatic systems for troubleshooting and repairs. Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in an industrial maintenance role with proven technical proficiency. Skills & Competencies: Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. General electrical knowledge and ability to diagnose issues. Facilities maintenance experience. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to mentor and lead by example. Knowledge of pneumatic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability. HVAC and fabrication experience are a plus. High School diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Must be able to traverse the production facility. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time with assistance. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required to be worn during shift.
