About The Position

Maintenance Manager Overview The Maintenance Manger will manage all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities on a timely basis and within budget. Managing a team of Maintenance Mechanics on multiple shifts, our Maintenance Manager needs a solid understanding of metals manufacturing, mechanical presses, hydraulic and electrical systems, PLCs, and PM systems. The position also requires aptitude in administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc. Maintenance Mechanic Essential Functions Strive towards the seamless running of the facility and the equipment of the company through efficient facility management work Work as a repair manager, and implement periodic investigations and inspections into each and every piece of physical equipment of the company Adhere to safety standards and legal regulations while executing maintenance management tasks and programs Train, guide and evaluate staff members as a director of maintenance Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in mechanical maintenance.
• 10+ years’ experience in electrical maintenance, installing sensors, switches, relays, and overloads.
• VFD & VSDA knowledge a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills, safety practices and attention to quality.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Knowledge of pumps, compressors, gear boxes and blowers.
