Pride in working for a company leading in sustainable practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As our Maintenance Manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll address any issues that could affect plant operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory, negotiating with vendors for better deals, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will also drive the selection and installation of significant projects, maintaining an active role in our entrepreneurial and supportive culture. Qualifications Pratt is America’s 5th largest corrugated packaging company and the world’s largest, privately-held producer of 100% recycled containerboard, with more than 9000 highly-skilled, green-collar employees dedicated to the environment and sustainability. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer/Data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated personnel supervisory skills.
  • Five years experience in the corrugated box industry with heavy experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity preferred.
