About The Position

Techo Bloc is seeking its next passionate Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at our facility based in Douglassville, PA. As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will build programs for preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance. Your contribution maximizes the longevity of the machinery and equipment's excellent performance - a vital piece to our production puzzle! Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day: Hands-on Management 80% of time spent on the floor with their team Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively address maintenance issues. Oversee a team of plant technicians and specialists regarding maintenance. Act as a point of contact for questions, coaching and guidance. Manage projects for new equipment installations and equipment rebuilds Layout, read and fabricate to construction drawings. Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdowns Keep detailed maintenance records on all equipment and tasks performed on the equipment by maintenance team Manage plant maintenance costs, plant process reliability, and subcontractors onsite at plant location Collaborate with outside contractors, and vendors. Assist with calculations, projections and applications for fabrication and layout.

Requirements

H.S Diploma or equivalent. Technical training in related field is preferred
Five years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
10+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
Strong familiarity with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics
Electrical experience in PLC’s and plant automation.
Team Management; Ability to mentor and train others in both mechanical and electrical aspects.
This position requires being on call to support the 24x7 operation when needed

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in concrete manufacturing equipment (highly preferred)
