About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring facilities, equipment, and production systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role leads preventive maintenance programs, oversees repair of mechanical and robotic equipment, manages maintenance budgets, and supervises maintenance personnel to support operational excellence and continuous improvement. Other related tasks may be required to support organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage vendors.
• Business acumen and sound decision-making.
• Strong work ethic with flexibility to support production needs.

Nice To Haves

• Tow Motor, First Aid/CPR, and Fire Extinguisher training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and all safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and best practices to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Manage and maintain the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program in Mpulse, ensuring scheduled work is completed and documented.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems to minimize downtime.
• Delegate maintenance tasks and small projects appropriately across shifts to ensure timely completion.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records including training documentation, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
• Partner with leadership on new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop maintenance team members.
• Participate as an active member of the Management Team.
