1st Shift Maintenance Manager
About The Position
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring members of the Maintenance department. He/She is expected to establish a positive, respectful, and supportive relationship with Maintenance team members and encourage individual skill development and advancement of team members. The Manager will maintain property, plant, and equipment to support and improve the safe production and performance of the operations, as well as develop and implement process controls to provide for improved equipment performance. The person filling this role will be responsible for providing technical leadership in support of lean manufacturing objectives and contribute to the team by providing technical expertise on food manufacturing plants, process line machinery, equipment maintenance, process improvements, and implementation of new installations.

- Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems
- Extensive mechanical and electrical experience
