Hopkinsville Quarry - Rogers Group Inc – Hopkinsville, KY Starting pay will be set at $32 per hour. This includes a $27 per hour base and a $5 per hour shift differential. Full Time Night Shift: 2:30 PM - 1 AM Rogers Group is seeking a night shift Maintenance Lead for our surface operation located in Hopkinsville, KY. Requirements

Must have a dedication to safe work practices.
Minimum of 2 years industrial or similar maintenance experience is required.
Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Experience welding, cutting, and fabrication is required
Experience leading a crew in safe work practices
Physical ability to lift, climb, and work on elevated platforms as required by the job.

Nice To Haves

Experience in heavy equipment is preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment including crushers, conveyors, scales, etc.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of 3-4 safely and effectively.
Identify and correct safety and production issues
Routine equipment/plant maintenance and repair
Operating various production equipment including fixed and mobile
Involved with plant improvement projects
Inspect, perform, and document daily repairs and maintenance on plant as needed
Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment
Other duties as assigned by management
