Requirements

Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (required)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
3–5 years of experience in maintenance or building operations (required)

Nice To Haves

Experience with chillers, boilers, and HVAC systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee upkeep, repairs, and safety compliance of the Castle Town Center
Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work
Conduct site inspections and participate in facility audits
Assist with unit renovations and collaborate on change orders
Maintain pools and building equipment to high standards
Work closely with the Director of Facilities and complete projects as assigned
