Requirements

• Industrial Maintenance Certificate, military training, or 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Industrial Maintenance setting.
• Leadership experience.
• CMMS knowledge is required.
• Able to use multimeters, laptops computers to troubleshoot and correct problems impacting machine performance.
• Must be computer literate including use of Outlook, Word, Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with other PLC platforms, SCADA, HMI applications helpful.
• E-maint experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Working with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting motion control systems, motion controllers, VFDs, servo drives
• Working around 480-volt electricity.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and other mechanical maintenance
• Work with a group or alone
• Able to be organized, multitask, prioritize workload
• Strong communications skills
• Safely performs tasks and adheres to all safety policies and procedures. This includes, LOTO, Arc Flash, wearing of all required PPE.
