Requirements

• Education: Trade school or (working towards) associate degree or bachelor's.
• Internship will be on-site from May 2026 - December 2026.
• Intern will work 40hours a week for the May-August duration and at least 25+ hours from September -December.
• Position Requirements: Strong computer skill’ proficiency with Microsoft word, outlook and Excel
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Excellent communication skill-written and oral.
• Independent and highly motivated / able to work in team and alone
• Proficient in documenting and reporting complex subjects.
• Excellent multi-tasking and self- motivation.
• Must work well in the team environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate track of all detail spare parts regarding what’s coming and going out of the facility, as well as what’s there and what’s needed.
• Help lead inventory counts, accurate track, cross reference.
• Write and update TPM documentation.
• Work with the maintenance lead to develop and maintain appropriate inventory levels of spare parts.
• Re-organize O drive file and update TPM.
