About The Position
The intern will collaborate with experienced AdvanSix Multi-Craft Mechanics and Instrument/Electrical Technicians to acquire valuable, hands-on industry experience. Responsibilities include observing both shop and field maintenance tasks such as fabrication, pipefitting, welding, the removal and installation of piping and rotating equipment, pump assembly and disassembly, seal removal and replacement, pump replacement, as well as instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting. The hourly rate for this position is $25.00
Responsibilities

- Observing the removal and installation of piping and rotating equipment
- Observing pump assembly and disassembly
- Observing seal removal and replacement
- Observing pump replacement
- Observing instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting
