About The Position

Part time position available for mature person experienced in residential maintenance including, daily maintenance, general repair, sanitation disposal and upkeep. Experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting and plastering is preferred. Ability to communicate in English and have a valid NY or NJ driver’s license required. Willingness to drive agency van required. This part time position is 20 hours a week and work will be in several apartments in Boro Park and Flatbush.
