About The Position
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support our Lead Maintenance Technician across multiple properties. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning from an experienced lead, and being part of a reliable maintenance team.
Requirements
- Maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible schedule
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance and repair tasks
- Perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
- Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Help troubleshoot issues and work with vendors when needed
- Travel between properties as required
