About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. "The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation"

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of industrial maintenance lead experience (experience may be combined across employers if it totals at least 1 year)
