THE WORK Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and sustaining maintenance of all equipment and the Grapevine facility. The position includes, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance, general maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial services. Requirements

1+ years of related experience and holds a High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work at heights of 40 feet.
Must be able to wear a respirator.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to operate forklifts and other facility equipment.

Nice To Haves

Electrical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment, including paint booths, whirl tower, autoclave, wash racks, dit-mco machines, blast booths, ovens, x-ray booth, janitorial, etc.
Performs facility maintenance including walls repairs/paint, floors, plumbing repairs, light fixture repairs and bulb replacements, general carpentry, etc.
Responds to all facility service requests including inoperable equipment, furniture movement, hanging pictures/posters/signs, etc.
Documents all maintenance and repair activities
Communicates the status of major repairs
