What You Will Do: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, batteries, fire suppression, and facility monitoring. Troubleshoot, repair, and fabricate using hand and power tools; use basic test equipment (multimeter, tape measure, etc.). Manage and coordinate third‑party vendors and contractors; ensure work meets safety and quality standards. Use a CMMS to create and close work orders, document repairs, and communicate clear shift handovers. Conduct daily facility inspections and support emergency response and recovery. Follow strict safety practices (PPE, LOTO, hot work permits, fall protection) at all times. What You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. Hands-on experience with building property systems and power/hand tools. Strong communication, basic digital skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Technical certificate or 1–2 years of training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry (or equivalent experience). Experience managing vendors and operating a forklift (forklift training/certification provided). Physical requirements Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., work at heights and in confined spaces, and tolerate typical warehouse conditions (temperature changes, dust, noise).
