About The Position
The Construction and Maintenance Expeditor will work with the department manager in assistance to measurably improve equipment and process reliability, and ultimately enhance operations productivity. This person will ensure the effectiveness of all equipment to service our customers while maintaining high standards in quality and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of construction and maintenance departments
- Retail Store Operations or Retail Store Support for Supermarkets
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning and Scheduling
- Work Flow and Materials Management
- Experience with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and SAP
- Competence to effectively maneuver Microsoft Office
- Attentiveness to diligence and discipline to maintain data integrity

- Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch technicians and vendors
- Open and close tickets
- Material payments
- Credit Card reports
- Manager all open work orders
- Control rental expenses
- Weekly exterior lighting reports
- Free-on monthly reports
- Equipment rentals
- Special requests
- Work collaboratively with other departments
- Cover reception area by greeting and directing guests visiting the corporate office (Itasca, IL office only)
- Other duties as assigned
