Assisted Living on Jensen is a senior living community of assisted living apartments for up to 54 residents. The Maintenance Director will work alongside an engaged and motivated Executive Director, prioritizing reliability, integrity, and strong time-management. This role requires working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating well with the leadership team. The primary purpose of this job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director, to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
