About The Position

Esplanade at Tradition is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of part-time Maintenance Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Attendant: Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture. Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor. Performs other duties as required. Court Maintenance Duties: Maintains tennis courts for daily play and tournaments. Monitors the tennis grounds & courts for trash and repair needs. Assists with conditioning tennis courts, fences & nets, performs light maintenance work & operates light machinery.

Requirements

• Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with building and sports court maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, email communications, and computer programs including maintenance tracking systems
• Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
