About The Position

Red Rock Vacation Rentals is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing maintenance team! We are a locally owned, employee-focused company with a supportive and team-oriented culture. As the largest vacation rental company in Southern Utah, we are always looking for motivated individuals to join our team, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within the company. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance requests, supporting the Maintenance Manager, and assisting the vacation rental team to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners and guests. This role includes coordinating with contractors, inspectors, vendors, and guests, conducting weekly property visits, performing minor maintenance tasks, and assisting with guest relations. Applicants must be able to travel between properties using their own vehicle, with gas mileage reimbursed. This position is full-time and cannot be done remotely.

Requirements

Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Resourceful, proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in typing, computer software, and Google G Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
Basic knowledge of property maintenance repairs

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests, property inspections, and work orders in our management software, ensuring accurate billing
Order supplies and assist the Maintenance Manager and vacation rental team
Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, vendors, and guests while delivering excellent customer service
Conduct weekly property visits, perform minor maintenance tasks, and support guest relations onsite
Maintain organized records of maintenance activities
