Red Rock Vacation Rentals is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing maintenance team! We are a locally owned, employee-focused company with a supportive and team-oriented culture. As the largest vacation rental company in Southern Utah, we are always looking for motivated individuals to join our team, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within the company. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance requests, supporting the Maintenance Manager, and assisting the vacation rental team to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners and guests. This role includes coordinating with contractors, inspectors, vendors, and guests, conducting weekly property visits, performing minor maintenance tasks, and assisting with guest relations. Applicants must be able to travel between properties using their own vehicle, with gas mileage reimbursed. This position is full-time and cannot be done remotely.
