Serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance coordination, ensuring work orders are prioritized and executed efficiently. This role is highly hands-on, requiring advanced technical skills to perform complex maintenance tasks while guiding workflow—not supervising staff. Key Responsibilities: Act as the central coordinator for maintenance activities, distributing and tracking work orders. Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities. Leverage knowledge of team members’ skills and capabilities to assign tasks appropriately (without direct supervisory authority). Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices. Maintain accurate records in CMMS and report on maintenance progress. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and plan preventive maintenance. Assist with inventory control for spare parts and tools.
