In this role, the Maintenance Coordinator will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders. This involves completing work orders around the community, performing repairs to ready apartments prior to move-ins, ordering and organizing maintenance supplies as needed, and completing general maintenance projects including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping. The coordinator will also respond promptly to emergencies and after-hours calls, maintain knowledge of all property emergency, safety, and disaster plans/procedures, maintain office, shop, and storage areas in accordance with SLC policies, and drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed.
