About The Position

We are currently hiring a maintenance coordinator! The candidate will be responsible for in office and field work. A company truck will be provided during work hours.

Requirements

  • Must have great organizational skills.
  • Construction experience not required.
  • Must be efficient with time management.
  • Must be professional and courteous.
  • Must be able to drive a company truck, to multiple properties, in company territory which goes from the FL/AL state line to MS/AL state line.
  • Computer and smart phone skills necessary, ability to work with communication and property management software programs
  • Maintenance coordinator will report to the property manager.

Responsibilities

  • Performing renter move out and move in inspections.
  • Handle work orders from tenants, assign them to vendors and manage the entire process until work order is complete.
  • Taking photos of houses.
  • Filling out inspection reports.
  • Meeting home inspector, appraisers, insurance and Realtor professionals at properties.
  • Changing door knobs.
  • Installing lock-boxes and For Rent signs.
  • Attending property management meetings.
