In this role you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for completing work orders, preparing apartments for new residents, ordering and organizing maintenance supplies, and performing a variety of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping. The role also requires responding to emergencies and after-hours calls, maintaining knowledge of property safety plans, and ensuring mechanical areas are up to company standards. Driving residents for errands or trips may also be required.
