About The Position

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping properties running smoothly? We’re a growing property management company in San Diego looking for a skilled Maintenance Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager (title based on experience) to lead and support maintenance operations across our portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in property management (or similar field)
  • Strong knowledge of general building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (for Supervisor/Manager level)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • EPA certification or trade certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple properties
  • Set up and oversee unit turnovers and remodels for Homes, Condos and Apartments
  • Respond to work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Supervise and support maintenance staff and vendors
  • Perform inspections to maintain property standards and safety compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair issues
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules
  • Track inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
  • Ensure excellent service for residents and property owners
