About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Manager to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production through effective maintenance leadership. This position is ideal for a strong lead technician ready to step into leadership or an experienced supervisor who thrives in a hands-on environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.)
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance programs
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment
• Multi-trade experience (electrical, HVAC, compressors, welding, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities based on production needs
• Ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Lead troubleshooting of equipment issues and reduce downtime
• Support production by quickly resolving mechanical failures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
• Partner with production leadership to meet operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with parts inventory, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
