Job Opportunity: Maintenance – CNC/Manual Machine Shop Location: Moeller Precision Tool is centrally located in Tennessee, just a 15-minute drive from Nashville, offering easy access to I-24, plenty of local restaurants, and many nearby apartments. What You’ll Do: The duties of Maintenance include repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, buildings, and machines. In addition, tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, cleaning as necessary, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning system maintenance and preventative maintenance as necessary. Perform routine audits and preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair CNC machinery and plant equipment (electrical & mechanical) Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits Maintain facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, flooring, painting) Order parts as needed (with approval) What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (9-hour shifts) Overtime after 40 hours; occasional Saturday work Climate-Controlled Facility: Stay comfortable year-round Comprehensive Benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield healthcare, EyeMed vision, Guardian dental, FSA Clean Work Environment: One of the cleanest manufacturing plants in Tennessee Paid Time Off: Including major holidays Training & Growth: On-the-job training for long-term success Requirements: Experience diagnosing and repairing CNC and stand-alone machines Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) Ability to lift and rig machines safely Proficient with hand and power tools Basic machine operation knowledge High school diploma or equivalent Critical thinking and communication skills Locking toolbox with your own tools Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawling; vision requirements include close and distance vision, color perception, and depth adjustment. Requirements

  • Experience diagnosing and repairing CNC and stand-alone machines
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
  • Ability to lift and rig machines safely
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Basic machine operation knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Critical thinking and communication skills
  • Locking toolbox with your own tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawling
  • Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color perception, and depth adjustment
