About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Manual CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be on 3rd shift & will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manual and CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and adherence to quality and safety standards while working independently during overnight hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minium of 1 year experience operating manual and/or CNC machines preferred
• Basic understanding of machining principles and tooling
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift & ability to work overtime
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required
• Must have experience with manual machining in a production environment
• Must have basic CNC programming or offset adjustment knowledge
• Familiarity with ISO or quality control standards

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, or related equipment)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain part quality and tolerances
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
• Identify and report machine issues or defective parts
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
