Benefits Include Paid vacation, holidays and sick days Medical, dental and vision benefits 401(k) plan Better Futures Tuitions Reimbursement Program Onsite Cafeteria Career d evelopment opportunities Essential Job Duties: Replenish checked out spares through established requisition process Vendor invoice matching/PO info correction (VIM) Order needed parts for upcoming jobs Convert requisitions to purchase orders after approval Invoice matching/PO correction (VIM) Support cycle count activities and investigate inventory discrepancies Purchase maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) materials including parts, tools, supplies, and services Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner Ensure parts and services meet required specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules Expedite critical or emergency maintenance orders to minimize production downtime. Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisors and Planners to understand upcoming needs and prioritie s Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma Strong communication skills Purchasing, maintenance, or MRO inventory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Experience with CMMS or ERP systems along with SAP is strongly preferred Computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel ) Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and Ability to work independently while collaborating cross ‑ functionally Demonstrated ability to drive results in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization, from the floor to the executive leadership team One (1) Year ma intenance b ackground preferred Strong p roblem- s olving skills Work Environment A CTIVITIES: Very active position, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day HEARING: Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. REPETITIVE MOTION: Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists, hands, and or fingers. VISUAL ABILITIES: Acute close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds throughout the day. WORKING CONDITIONS: This position operates mainly within a maintenance shop and parts room setting. Employe es may be required to enter the production floor as needed, which involves exposure to cold environments (approximately 34 degrees), as well as typical manufacturing conditions such as noise and moving equipment. Requirements
